The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has taken the first step toward construction in the search for a construction manager for this segment.  A press release regarding this action and the future construction of this segment may be found HERE.

Final design activities continue; construction is expected to begin in 2003.  Anticipated completion, pending funding availability, is 2006.
